I worked with Myra on a diet plan to help me with a chronic condition. She is very empathetic and caring person. She is flexible in her approach which allowed me to push back on things I knew I couldn’t or wouldn’t do. She always had alternative ideas which let me integrate meaningful habits one or two pieces at a time in a way that fit my needs. She always provides a ton of recipe options for meals and snacks. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I have worked with Myra as a Wholistic Nutrition Coach for the past 2 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge to each session. Her many years as a Personal Chef and her insatiable curiosity are a huge asset. Myra listens deeply, asks thought provoking questions and gently supports the client in moving towards change. She provides a combination of thoughtful insights, practical tools and helpful resources to support her clients in optimizing their diet and nutrition. Most recently, Myra helped me troubleshoot a challenge we were having with our son’s blood sugar levels. I had thought about many different causes for this but Myra zoomed in immediately and helped me to change his diet to help him stay full for longer and regulate his moods and hunger. My medical doctor and surgeon could offer me no advice on nutrition or lifestyle changes to add to my treatment plan. Myra has filled that gap and given me a wealth of holistic information, options, and comfort. I am learning so much from her. She is a patient teacher that asks many questions so as to personalize my time with her. I have been exposed to foods and flavours that are not only new to me but also delicious. Knowing that Myra’s guidance is helping me in my healing journey adds to my daily gratitude. Myra is incredible at what she does. She offers a safe environment and has a very big heart and open mind. I always felt heard when expressing my lifestyle concerns to Myra and never felt judged or ridiculed. Myra guided me on a journey of discovering the benefits of holistic nutrition, took the time to make a list of foods and meals that would be right for my body, explained the benefits of certain food groups and examples of foods in each groups, and extended the offer to message her outside of our scheduled meetings when I wanted to celebrate a success. As a student, coming up with a routine, finding meals that were affordable and nutritious, and learning how to manage stress were the three vital topics that I wanted to explore with Myra and we not only created a plan for each and every one of these topics, but Myra went above and beyond and helped me with other aspects of my life such as sleep, exercise and completing basic daily tasks to name a few. It’s amazing to think that four months ago when Myra and I first started our sessions together I was at a very low point in my life and could not get out of bed, did not exercise or eat properly, and could not manage basic daily tasks due to low energy and mood; but now I have a better understanding of nutrition, am able to get out of bed, exercise and eat routinely, and can complete basic daily tasks without feeling completing exhausted and drained of all my energy. I truly could not have made it this far without Myra’s guidance and encouragement. She has an infectious smile and positive spirit that warms me up and fills me with excitement and immeasurable joy! I highly recommend working with Myra if you are able to!

I had the pleasure of attending Myra’s workshop, The Therapeutic Benefits of Backyard Gardening. I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly, fun atmosphere created by Myra and all those who attended. I walked away with plenty of new information regarding how gardening supports my cancer recovery and prevention plan. Healing With The Wisdom Of Cycles
I had the pleasure of attending Myra’s workshop on Healing with the Wisdom of Cycles Spring Gathering at O.U.R. EcoVillage. What a beautiful experience to be guided in conversation on how our bodies respond differently according to the time of year. We nourished our minds and our bodies with fresh green food that we harvested and prepared with our own hands making for a truly holistic experience. Through Myra’s teaching I now have a deeper awareness of my body’s connection to nature.

After witnessing my close family members experience various stages of blood sugar-related issues and the challenges they have been facing in their lives, gaining a solid understanding of blood sugar dynamics and natural management became incredibly important to me. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the ‘Blood Sugar Regulation Program’ offered by Myra. Through step-by-step sessions facilitated by Terrainwithin – Myra, I gained insights into the biology behind blood sugar regulation, its fluctuations, the transition between stages, identifying challenges, and strategies to maintain balanced and healthy levels. These sessions served as valuable reminders of the importance of healthy eating, healing, and maintaining well-being through proper nutrition and good eating habits.

I participated in the Optimizing Blood Glucose Levels Program hosted by Myra and learned that there are so many little changes or additions I can apply to my lifestyle to make a big impact on improving my health. Myra’s delivery of information was gentle and also interesting. I loved that she highlighted so many areas of improvement beyond eating that can support our nutrition. She provided a buffet of food for thought.
Optimizing Blood Glucose Levels Program
I participated in the 14-day blood sugar optimization program. The program was extremely informative. Daily homework helped me become aware of all my habits regarding eating, shopping, and sleeping and correct my mistakes. Weekly meetings with all participants made me feel that I was not alone and helped me cope with the difficulties I encountered during the week.
I am careful to apply the information I have learned through the program, and the positive development in my energy level, especially in my sleep quality, makes me say “I’m glad I participated in this program.”
